1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 988gam — whether through the website at 988gam.pro, the Android app, or any other interface provided by 988gam — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, depositing players, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

If you are accessing 988gam on behalf of someone else or an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf. These terms are effective from the moment you first access the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 988gam, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3. Your Account

Each player may hold only one registered account on 988gam at any time. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and contact details. Using false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 988gam will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm your identity using your CNIC details. This process is standard and protects both you and the platform. Verification typically completes within a few hours on business days.

4. Deposits

988gam accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your PKR balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the method used.

There is no conversion step — you deposit in PKR and your account balance is held and displayed in PKR throughout. There are no hidden fees charged by 988gam on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted.
• 988gam reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
• Deposit limits can be set within your account settings. We encourage all players to set a deposit limit that matches their budget.
• Deposits made using a bonus code are subject to the specific terms of that promotion.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 988gam are processed in PKR to the same or equivalent payment method used for your deposit. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take a few hours during standard banking hours.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified. Verification requires submission of CNIC details via the account dashboard. This is a one-time process.

• Withdrawals are only available for real-money PKR balances that have met any applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Standard accounts have daily and weekly withdrawal limits. Players requiring higher limits should contact support to discuss account tier options.
• 988gam reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, or where unusual activity is detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

988gam offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and event-specific promotions tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is claimed.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in its terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or nothing at all, as specified per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

7. Games and Sports Betting

988gam offers access to slot games, live casino tables, virtual games and sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs), football and esports. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino and sports events, by real-world results. 988gam does not manipulate game or event outcomes.

• Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event. In cases of cancellation, postponement or void, bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

If you choose to set a deposit limit, the limit is applied immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 988gam and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit games or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

988gam may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that keeping the account active poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned. Where a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. If you request closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

11. Limitation of Liability

988gam provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Planned maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 988gam's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. 988gam is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

988gam is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's own decision-making, including choices made during gameplay or sports betting. All gaming and betting decisions are made at the player's own risk.
