Account & Login

Registration, password, verification and account management

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and a password. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify it — enter that to activate your account. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Registration is completely free.

No. 988gam allows one account per player. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of device, name or payment method — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, contact support via live chat to recover your existing account.

You will need your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) for identity verification. Verification is required before your first withdrawal — you can register and deposit without it, but not withdraw. The process typically completes within a few hours on business days once you submit your CNIC details via the account verification section.

Use the live chat support on the login page. The team will verify your identity using your registered mobile number and account details before assisting with a password reset. Do not share your password with anyone — support staff will never ask for it directly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 988gam. This is a hard requirement. Accounts found to be held by under-18 players are permanently closed and deposits are returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Deposits

Paying in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and more

988gam does not charge any additional fees on the platform side for deposits. The full PKR amount you send is credited to your account balance. Yes. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it activates. We recommend setting a limit before your first deposit — it is one of the most effective tools for keeping your gaming within budget.

Getting your PKR winnings back to JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank

Processing times can be slightly longer during busy periods or if your account has a pending verification review. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

The most common reasons a withdrawal is placed on hold are: identity verification is incomplete, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements is attached to your balance, or your account requires a routine security review. Yes. The cool-off feature lets you take a structured break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit or play. Your balance and settings are preserved. When the period ends, full access is restored automatically.
